When will my order be shipped/arrive?
Preorders
- Preorders have expected shipping dates in the description of the item!
- I also regularly update on Instagram when stock is arriving!
In stock
- In stock items are usually shipped out once a week, usually on Friday.
- If I have one or more events happening at the time however, orders may be delayed by an extra week, this will be conveyed via the announcement banner on the top of the site!
Do you ship to (this country)?
I have enabled shipping to all possible countries via AusPost. If your country is not showing up, feel free to shoot me an email or DM and I can look into it!
Please note I am currently not shipping to the US or its outlying territories due to the tariff situation!
Do I need to pay import fees/tariffs?
This is wholly dependant on each country! Before ordering please do your research on whether your country has import fees or tariffs!
An Item is out of stock, will you be restocking it?
Whether I restock an item solely depends on popularity! But if I have plans to stop making an item it will be in the item description or on sale depending on how long I've had the stock.
I changed my mind, can I return it?
Sorry, I will not be accepting change of mind returns/refunds.
If there is an issue with your order I would be happy to organise a replacement/refund but I will require proof of damage (photos etc). Please email me at sleepytimelea@gmail.com
